Guilty Pleasures by Anita Blake was influential to me because it was my introduction to Urban fantasy. I had never read anything like it before and now it is one of my favorite genre. Ms. Singh’s book reminded me of her style because among all the gore and evil, the attraction between the main characters kept me riveted to the story.

I still <3 Jude's books ~ and have to say she, Johanna Lindsey, Nora Roberts and Linda Howard started me down my road of loving romance as much as I do today, and being the huge supporter of the genre that I am.
